Teen Programming

NEW – Teen Strength & Conditioning

This program is designed for both athletes and non-athletes ages 11-18. It combines age-appropriate weightlifting, speed work, agility and mobility training to deliver optimal fitness and performance, as well as to establish a lifetime love of fitness. Proper weightlifting techniques are taught to enhance strength and power under the watchful eye of our certified trainers. There is a focus on basic functional movements to increase agility, mobility and flexibility, as well as boost self–esteem and confidence.
