It is hard to let your child go for the first time, so why not do it in a place your children feels comfortable? We are here to make the separation a little easier on the child and the parent! Our preschool program encourages and inspires children to learn and explore through playing, listening and creating. We provide opportunities to acquire knowledge through active learning experiences and creative play.
Registration is currently open! Find information and registration form here: Canandaigua Preschool Registration Packet 2019-2020.
This class, for children age 2, serves as a precursor for our 3’s and 4’s preschool classes. 2’s is a helpful way for your child to form a sense of independence. This is often the first time the child will be away from Mom, Dad, or Caregiver, so it offers a warm, nurturing classroom setting filled with creative play, songs, “finger plays”, art, gym time, and snack. Please note: Parent or Caregiver must be available to return to class, for any necessary toileting accidents. Your child MUST be 2 by the start date of the program-no exceptions. The staff is not responsible for diaper changes, however, if potty training is in progress, the staff will work with the child and family for success.
