NEW – Barbell Club

Barbell Club is a new strength training program. It focuses on building proficiency with a barbell, increasing athleticism and building strength with both Powerlifting and Olympic lifting. Our top-level coaches will teach you to lift with proper form and build strength in a safe, motivational and supportive atmosphere. Trainers will assess each client individually and place them into the appropriate level to help them reach their goals.

Assessments are FREE. Class meets twice a week. Cost is $100 per month.  Prior assessment and registration required.


FREE Wellness Center Orientation (ages 13 & up)

This one hour session with a Wellness Coach helps you learn the circuit equipment and cardio machines in our Wellness Center. Proper form, settings, muscle groups targeted and etiquette will be reviewed. Fill out the Wellness Orientation Form and return to the welcome desk.


Introduction to Personal Training

New to personal training? This package for first timers includes a consultation and three personal training sessions. One of our certified personal trainers will provide you with an individual plan that’s on track with your wellness goals.


Personal and Small Group Training

Whether you are just starting out or are an experienced exerciser, our certified Personal Trainers will design a personalized program and motivate you to achieve your individual fitness goals.
