Barbell Club is a new strength training program. It focuses on building proficiency with a barbell, increasing athleticism and building strength with both Powerlifting and Olympic lifting. Our top-level coaches will teach you to lift with proper form and build strength in a safe, motivational and supportive atmosphere. Trainers will assess each client individually and place them into the appropriate level to help them reach their goals.
Assessments are FREE. Class meets twice a week. Cost is $100 per month. Prior assessment and registration required.

This is an opportunity for those who want to work on their own personal functional fitness, strength or mobility. Staffed by a trained coach, we will be on hand to answer any questions about classes or the posted workout that is available.
