WELLNESS CENTER, POOL & GROUP EXERCISE CLASS SCHEDULE

Lap Swim & Aquatics Classes

Pool Details

  • There are 6 lanes available for lap swim, 2 people per lane limit, 12 person max for each 45 minute slot.
  • There is a 10 person max for aquatic classes.
  • At this time we can not allow the use of our pool equipment, please bring your own pool noodle for the aquatic classes.
  • Hooks in the pool area are provided to store all personal belongings.
  • Only those registered for lap swim or a class are allowed at the Y (no observers, guests or children).
  • Registration opens 48 hours prior to lap swim or class.
  • Warm soapy showers are required before entering the pool.
  • Pool area will be thoroughly cleaned in between each 45 minute slot.
  • Please call the YMCA at 585-394.6866 to cancel any reservations. 

Pool Procedures

  1. Register online ahead of time for the lap swim or class.  Click here for instructions on how to register.
  2. A mask must be worn at all times except when in the pool.
  3. Complete the health screening ahead of time. If not completed, you must do one when you arrive.
  4. Practice Social Distancing while at the YMCA.  If other members are at the screening area, please wait 6′ behind them.
  5. Take a warm soapy shower before entering the pool.
  6. Enjoy your pool time!

 

Group Exercise Classes

Class Details

  • Please bring a water bottle, and an exercise mat (as needed).
  • Only those registered are allowed in class (no observers, guests or children).
  • Limited space so pre-registration is required to attend classes.
  • Registration opens 48 hours prior to class.
  • Arrive 15 minutes prior to class.
  • Practice social distancing and follow the cleaning procedures during your visit to the Y.

Class Procedures

  1. Register online ahead of time for the class.  Click here for instructions on how to register.
  2. A mask is required and must cover your mouth and nose at all times. Gaiters, bandanas and buffs are not acceptable face coverings.  If someone has a medical condition that prohibits them from wearing a mask they must wear a face shield.
  3. Complete the health screening ahead of time. If not completed, you must do one when you arrive.
  4. Practice Social Distancing while at the YMCA.  If other members are at the screening area, please wait 6′ behind them.
  5. Proceed to class location.
  6. If the class is indoors, a mask must be worn the entire time.  If the class is outdoors, you may take off your mask when you get to your workout space.
  7. Enjoy your workout!
