WELLNESS CENTER, POOL & GROUP EXERCISE CLASS SCHEDULE

Lap Swim & Aquatics Classes

Pool Details

  • There are 6 lanes available for lap swim.
  • Registration is no longer required for lap swim or water walking.
  • There is a 10 person max for aquatic classes.
  • Hooks in the pool area are provided to store all personal belongings.
  • Only those registered for a class are allowed at the Y (no observers, guests or children).
  • Registration opens 48 hours prior to class.
  • Warm soapy showers are required before entering the pool.
  • Please call the YMCA at 585-394.6866 to cancel any reservations. 

Pool Procedures

  2. Practice Social Distancing while at the YMCA.
  3. Take a warm soapy shower before entering the pool.
  4. Enjoy your pool time!

  • Arrive 15 minutes prior to class.
  • Practice social distancing and follow the cleaning procedures during your visit to the Y.

  1. A mask is recommended for unvaccinated members. Gaiters, bandanas and buffs are not acceptable face coverings.
  2. Practice Social Distancing while at the YMCA.
  3. Proceed to the Wellness Center.
  4. Enjoy your workout!
