Whether you are an experienced exerciser or an adult looking to make healthy lifestyle changes, we are here to help. We promise to help support you through every stage of life, regardless of age, physical ability, size or shape. We are excited to be part of your Wellness Journey.

Here’s everything you need to know about our classes. First, look for the category of class and then look for the class description. You’ll also find some key information that will ensure you end up in the class that is right for you. We want to make sure you are ready to get started safely, certain medical conditions may warrant a medical clearance prior to getting started. We will provide you with the form and even fax it off to your physician – just let us know how we can help.

New Group Exercise Class

P90x Live, Thursday, 5:15 pm
P90x is the popular at home workout that you’ll be able to experience LIVE at the Y. Build relationships, accomplish personal goals, rock to great music and give it your all with this total body cardio & strength workout. The difference between doing the video and doing it live, you’ll have the support of the instructor & support of others doing it with you. It’s about making a stronger commitment by doing it live!

All fitness levels are welcome as the class can be modified to accommodate every one. You’ll sweat, you’ll push the limits & you’ll have a ton of fun!

PiYo: Tuesdays, 4:15 – 5:00 pm; Wednesdays, 5:45 – 6:30 am; Fridays, 10:30 – 11:15 am; Sundays, 8 – 9 am
This low-impact, high-intensity workout combines the mind/body practices of yoga, with a fast-paced cardio component. You’ll improve strength, balance, flexibility and overall fitness with PiYo.

Mommy & Me Wednesdays, 9:45 – 10:30 am
You might sing itsy-bitsy spider, but don’t let that fool you. Moms, dads and guardians are invited to torch major calories & feel the burn with interval training activities all while your little one strolls with you. Class is geared towards parents with children

Build-A-Body: Complement your cardio workouts with a strength program. Tone, maintain or build muscles, with safe lifting techniques.
This class is great for all ages.
Monday Nights at 5:45 pm with Lori

Cardio & Strength

These fun, power-packed class formats help you achieve and maintain your fitness level. Cardio classes are designed to enhance cardiovascular fitness, while strength classes enhance muscular strength & endurance. Combination Cardio & Strength class provide functional and integrated total body workouts to provide overall cardiovascular and strength conditioning. Classes may include the use of exercise tools, such as dumbbells, bands, stability balls, body bars, resistance balls and/or your own body weight.

Body Shop/Abs: Fast paced, 30 minute strength training class, using light weights with minimal rest between sets to produce a calorie burning & cardio effect. Then, 15 minutes to focus on abs.

Boot Camp: High intensity class, utilizing plyometric exercises, intervals and core strength training.

Build-A-Body: Complement your cardio workouts with this class focusing on strength training. Tone, maintain or build muscles, with safe lifting techniques. Great for all ages and ability levels.

Cardio Pump: This class will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body, fast! Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you’ll burn fat and gain strength while producing lean body muscle condition. This will challenge all your major muscle groups while you squat, press, lift & curl.

*Cycle: This is a cardio workout performed to music on specially designed stationary bikes. Class length varies. Indoor cycling will sculpt your muscles and increase your cardiovascular fitness.

HIIT: A High Intensity Interval Training class that incorporates body weight exercise and bursts of cardio.

Kickboxing: High intensity workout using well-defined movements with kicks and punches to focus on core strength.

Mommy & Me: Bring your stroller so you and your little one can bond, get back into shape and challenge your body.

Piloxing: A unique mix of Pilates & boxing with a fat torching, muscle sculpting interval based workout.

Sunrise Surprise: Wake up your muscles with this early morning strength training class. Warm-up and then work on upper and lower body strength using a variety of equipment. End with an ab workout and stretching.

*TRX: Suspension training system that leverages gravity and your body weight to perform hundreds of exercises. You control how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise by adjusting your body position to add or decrease resistance. Class could include body blast, circuit, sports drills and boot camp formats.

Ultimate Abs: Focus on developing core muscle strength by targeting ab/back muscles.

Zumba: An absolute blast of calorie burning, body energizing, awe-inspiring movements to hypnotic Latin rhythms. Includes interval fast/slow rhythms and resistance training to tone and sculpt while burning fat.


These classes will help you balance more than just the body. Learn the science of physical and mental rejuvenation through relaxation, flexibility, toning, balance & concentration. If you’re ready for an enriching experience that unites the mind/body/spirit, then step away from the hustle and bustle of the outside world and join us.

Gentle Yoga: Learn fundamental yoga postures and start to experience the benefits of yoga through both standing and seated postures. It’s all about learning & working at your own pace to build strength & flexibility, but also confidence in yoga. We end the class with a deep relaxation pose to help students relax their whole body.

Integrative Yoga: Move from pose to pose and build your level of body awareness while working your body alignment along with breath work. You will work on building a healthier body physically & emotionally.

Intermediate Yoga: This class is all about building & moving at a quicker pace to develop more strength, stamina & flexibility. Students develop a connection between breath and movement. This class ends with a relaxation pose to return heart rate to normal & absorb the benefits of yoga.

Pilates: This class utilizes balls and bands to strengthen core muscles along with class mat routines.

PiYo: This low-impact, high-intensity workout combines the mind/body practices of yoga, with a fast-paced cardio component. You’ll improve strength, balance, flexibility and overall fitness with PiYo.

Tai Chi/Qi Gong: Ancient exercise called “meditation in motion”. Slow moving exercises that will increase flexibility, mobility and balance to promote overall health & well-being. Qi-gong is a Chinese healing art to decrease stress and improve healthy vitality to energize the body.

Vinyasa Yoga (Power Yoga): This is an active yoga promoting strength, flexibility and stamina. Each class begins with breath work, postures & ends with a relaxation posture or guided meditation. This class can be tailored to your level.

Yoga with Alissa: We go through & hold various poses to gain an understanding of body positions focusing on alignment and breath. Each class ends with a deep relaxation pose. Thursday tends to be composed of restorative postures, while Saturday incorporates standing postures for more strength & endurance.

Active Older Adults

We have a strong group of members we consider to be Active Adults – those age 50 and older who stay active by participating in physical and social activities that enhance the spirit, mind and body. Here are some classes specifically designed for you, but definitely not limited too!

SilverSneakers Circuit:
Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball while alternating with low-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is used for standing support, stretching and relaxation exercises.

SilverSneakers Classic: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.

SilverSneakers Yoga:
SilverSneakers Yoga will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

Water Aerobics

Jump in – these classes are suitable for everyone. The low-impact water environment allows participants to improve cardiovascular and strength conditioning while protecting joints and promoting joint flexibility. Whether you can swim or not, these classes are for you. Feel the water’s resistance. These classes run on an 8-week series and are fee based.
HIIT (Level 5)
HIIT, High Intensity Interval Training class, is in the pool too! The class will combine intervals, body weight exercises and bursts of cardio just like HIIT in the gym, but it’s lower impact and you need your swimsuit. You’ll still sweat and you’ll definitely need your water bottle.
Mondays, 6 – 6:45 pm

Muscle to Music (Level 4-5, Deep)
Use the rhythms of the music with the resistance of the water for this full body workout.
TU/TH – 7:30 – 8:30 pm
Cost: $7 per day of entire series for member/$14 per day of entire series for non-member

Water Running
STOP THE TREADMILL! Bring your running to the pool. Switch up your runs with water running, the water adds more resistance so you build more muscle and burn more calories. Running in the water is also less pressure on the body.
Tuesdays, 7:15- 8 pm
Wednesdays, 9:15 – 10 am
Cost: $12.50/$25 per day

M.O.V.E (Level 1-2 – Shallow)
Agility, balance and stabilization exercises for stronger and easier body movement. Best for those with postural or gait problems. Small class, individualized attention to help you walk taller and stronger for longer.
Tuesday/Thursday 10:00 – 10:45 am
Cost: $12.50/$25 per day of entire series

Senior Splash (Level 1-2 – Shallow):
Activate your urge for variety! Splash offers fun, shallow-water movement to improve agility and flexibility while addressing cardiovascular, strength and endurance conditioning. No swimming ability is required and a SilverSneakers kick board or other aquatic equipment is used to improve strength, balance and coordination. Members Only!
Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 1:30-2:15 pm
Cost: $8 per day of entire series/$2 drop in

Aquatone A (Level 2 – Shallow)
Shallow-end workout, including balance exercises reducing stress on hip and knee joints helping you increase range of motion, mobility and endurance.
Monday/Wednesday/Friday 11:00 -12:00 pm
Cost: $14 per day of entire series for member/$28 per day of entire for non-member

Aquatone B (Level 3 – Shallow/Deep)
All the benefits of Aquatone A, but with a higher level of cardiovascular intensity.
Tuesday/Thursday: 9:00 – 10:00 am
Cost: $14 per day of entire series for member/$28 per day of entire series for non-member

Rise–n-Cise (Level 4-5 – Deep)
Full body workout in deep and shallow water. Core, strength and cardio training with emphasis on abdominal, back and posture exercises.
Monday/Wednesday/Friday 8:00 – 9:00 am
Cost: $14 per day of entire series for member/$28 per day of entire series for non-member

Full Throttle (Level 4-5 – Deep)
High-resistance, zero-impact full body workout in deep water. Core, strength and cardio training.
Monday/Wednesday/Friday 10:45 – 11:45 am
Cost: $14 per day of entire series for member/$28 per day of entire series for non-member
